Referring to the inevitable success of last two years invitations, the IVM-Bridge consultancy Ltd. would like to invite you to apply for the 3rd “The HR team of the Year – 2009” prize.
The aim of the invitation is to award those HR teams who have made the most effort for enhancing the strategic position of the HR function in a given company in 2009.
The starting point of revealing this prize has been the outstanding role of HR capital in the companies’ competitiveness. We’d like to reward those HR team(s) who could realize, and exploit the opportunities behind this basic principle.
This year we would like to pay more attention on the Corporate Social Responsibility (especially the HR role in it) and furthermore we’d like to acknowledge the HR business partnership and HR Innovation as an enhanced performance of HR Team.
THE PROFESSIONAL CONTENT REQUIRED:
I. One page Introduction of the Company applied focusing on the activities, outcomes of 2009 in Hungary. (main business areas, product and service portfolio, employee headcount, market position, public revenue, etc.)
II. 5-6 pages professional content in details of the followings (3 options, choosing one or more):

The submitted essay must be prepared according to above details and must contain quantitative and qualitative figures regarding the results achieved. They are assessed and ranked by a nominated independent committee who will evaluate the professional quality, the confirmation of the results by figures and overall the HR added value reflected by the material submitted. One HR team can submit more essays as well.
Other requirements:
The submitted material must contain the attached „Application Form” completed, 1-page Introduction letter and the 5-6 pages professional essay. There is no opportunities for any amendment.
The deadline for submission: 15 February 2010
The manner of application: We expect to come in all materials in electronic form to the info@ivmbridge.hu address. We will provide written feedback of the incoming materials registered within one day. If you will realized no feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately in or contact phone numbers.
The announcement of rewards:
The submitted materials must be assessed by an independent professional committee, who will announce the rewarded submissions in 5 March 2010 at the 3rd HR Ball, organized in the Hotel Marriott, Budapest On this event the prominent representatives of HR section, public media are participated.
